- Provide professional medical consultation & recommend suitable treatments to clients
- In charge of servicing existing Client/Customers while developing new clients.
- To follow up and complete sales transactions with assigned clients and new clients.
- Provide sales and after sales service. And build good relationship with customers/client.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- To place priority in service by fulfilling client’s expectations and needs.

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Have experience in sales / medical industry
- Effectively bilingual
- Service-oriented with self-motivation in achieving sales target
- Proven sales track record
- Good interpersonal skills, able to multitask well
- Well-groomed, presentable, positive attitude
- Arrange or follow up with customer’s appointment accordingly
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- To provide professional and excellent service to clients, ensuring that exceptional customer service and hospitality is delivered at all times.
- In charge of servicing existing clients while developing new clients.

- Monitor stock levels of products and ensure that par stock levels are maintained at all times.

- Conduct market research and compile information on market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities (Perform basic analysis for decision making purpose)
- Support business planning with internal/external stakeholders (e.g. sales) in budgeting, marketing plans development to align to business priorities
- Assist with the preparation and participation of in-person marketing events to help drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Coordinate and organize product communication activities, launches, exhibitions, media relations activities, etc. to drive awareness of services
- Prepare monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in marketing or related field
- Effectively bilingual
- 2-3 years working experience in the medical industry and/or in a marketing role
- Technical Skillset: Canva, Capcut, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, leadership skills and good time management skill
